When I opened my eyes again.
What greeted my sight was total darkness, without a single speck of light.
I rolled my eyes for a moment.
I couldn’t see anything.

A backdrop soaked in pitch-black darkness.
I let out a short hum and snapped my fingers.

A light popping sound echoed in the silence.
